Michael Lafferty

Founded in 2001, Mike Lafferty serves as President of Lafferty Companies. Lafferty Companies is a private holding company which specializes in investment, as well as owning and operating companies and assets. Lafferty Companies serves the following market sectors: construction, real estate, renewable energy and multi-unit residential.


In 1985, Mike Lafferty founded and served as President of Lafferty Development, Lafferty Development served as a general contractor for design-Build projects for light industrial, commercial buildings and restaurant development.


From in 1983 to 2006, Mike Lafferty founded and served for twenty four years as President of Lafferty Electric, a leading Phoenix electrical contractor company. Lafferty Electric was a specialized contractor in commercial, industrial and service type sectors and completed operations exceeding three hundred million dollars.


Mike Lafferty holds a B.S. degree in Business from The University of Phoenix, ’90

Jay Gold

In 2008, Jay Gold founded and serves as President of Capital Development Southwest Inc., a Real Estate Development Firm aimed to identify opportunities in a declining market. Capital Development Southwest Inc. has performed consulting work for Clients in need of assistance in GSA Leasing, all aspects of Real Estate Development, and construction management.

 

Between 2010 and 2013, Mr. Gold also served as President at Capital Development Southwest Finance, LLC, which served as a receivables factoring firm.


Previously at Miller Holdings Inc. a master planned development, home building and Commercial Development company, Jay Gold served as a Vice-President and Director of Commercial Development. 


Jay Gold attended Arizona State University and holds a B.A. in Communications, ‘82

Scott Tonn

Founded in 2010, Mr. Tonn is the Manager of Tonn Investments, LLC, which is a private holding company with active investments in operating companies and assets in construction trades (Electric-HVAC-Concrete), multi-unit residential development in Downtown Phoenix, AZ, renewable energy (photovoltaic), and live-streaming technology. 


Previously, Mr. Tonn served as CEO of SunWize Technologies, a Mitsui USA company, from October 2011 through June 2013. Prior to joining SunWize, Mr. Tonn co-founded and served as Co-Managing Partner at Blue Renewable Energy, a privately owned renewable energy power producer and development company focused on PV solar and wind projects. Mr. Tonn also served for 8 years as President of Essco Companies, a leading west coast electrical wholesale distributor. 


Mr. Tonn has extensive background in development and construction and co-developed multiple sites including industrial, office, and retail and has managed thousands of employees throughout his career.


Mr. Tonn holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, ‘85.

Joshua Duke

In July of 2013, Mr. Duke was established as Vice President of Tonn Investments, LLC, which is a private holding company with active investments in operating companies and assets in construction trades (Electric-HVAC-Concrete), multi-unit residential development in Downtown Phoenix, AZ, renewable energy (photovoltaic), and live-streaming technology, with a focus on business development, financial modeling, and operations management.


Previously from June of 2013 to April of 2017, Joshua served as an Associate with Blue Renewable Energy, a privately owned renewable energy power producer and development company focused on PV solar and wind projects. 


From November 2011 to July 2013, Mr. Duke served in a Business Development and Management position at SunWize Technologies, a Mitsui USA company, and concentrated on project finance and PPA opportunities. Joshua Duke began his career in the electrical industry at Essco Wholesale Electric in September of 2008 as a Solar Specialist. 


Joshua Duke attended Arizona State University and holds a B.S. in Business Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business, ‘07.
