Between 2010 and 2013, Mr. Gold also served as President at Capital Development Southwest Finance, LLC, which served as a receivables factoring firm.
Previously at Miller Holdings Inc. a master planned development, home building and Commercial Development company, Jay Gold served as a Vice-President and Director of Commercial Development.

Founded in 2010, Mr. Tonn is the Manager of Tonn Investments, LLC, which is a private holding company with active investments in operating companies and assets in construction trades (Electric-HVAC-Concrete), multi-unit residential development in Downtown Phoenix, AZ, renewable energy (photovoltaic), and live-streaming technology.
Previously, Mr. Tonn served as CEO of SunWize Technologies, a Mitsui USA company, from October 2011 through June 2013. Prior to joining SunWize, Mr. Tonn co-founded and served as Co-Managing Partner at Blue Renewable Energy, a privately owned renewable energy power producer and development company focused on PV solar and wind projects. Mr. Tonn also served for 8 years as President of Essco Companies, a leading west coast electrical wholesale distributor.
Mr. Tonn has extensive background in development and construction and co-developed multiple sites including industrial, office, and retail and has managed thousands of employees throughout his career.
Mr. Tonn holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, ‘85.
In July of 2013, Mr. Duke was established as Vice President of Tonn Investments, LLC, which is a private holding company with active investments in operating companies and assets in construction trades (Electric-HVAC-Concrete), multi-unit residential development in Downtown Phoenix, AZ, renewable energy (photovoltaic), and live-streaming technology, with a focus on business development, financial modeling, and operations management.
Previously from June of 2013 to April of 2017, Joshua served as an Associate with Blue Renewable Energy, a privately owned renewable energy power producer and development company focused on PV solar and wind projects.
From November 2011 to July 2013, Mr. Duke served in a Business Development and Management position at SunWize Technologies, a Mitsui USA company, and concentrated on project finance and PPA opportunities. Joshua Duke began his career in the electrical industry at Essco Wholesale Electric in September of 2008 as a Solar Specialist.
Joshua Duke attended Arizona State University and holds a B.S. in Business Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business, ‘07.
